Team Lulu are back!

After a brief hiatus (thank you COVID!) Team Lulu are back, supporting a wonderful cause that is very dear to my heart. 

As you know, Lulu was diagnosed with stage 4 neuroblastoma when she was only 8 months old. She has endured aggressive chemotherapy, several surgeries, a stem cell transplant, radiotherapy and immunotherapy - all before she turned 4 years old. That's more pain and agony than any of us will even endure in our whole lifetime. 

I do not want any parent to have to walk in my shoes and hear four words that still haunt me to this very day: "your child has cancer". This is why I'm taking part in Run2Cure. 

The current treatment regime that these children are given is incredibly toxic and leads to severe long term side effects, including the possibly of a secondary cancer. How ironic right? 

We desperately need better, safer and more effective treatments to give these courageous kids the healthy happy future they deserve. 

By donating to Team Lulu, you will be helping fund critical research into this insidious disease and help eradicate the cancer that robbed my baby girl of her childhood and so much more. 

Every child deserves to grow up - and this is where you can help. No amount is too big or too small - so please dig deep and give hope to these superhero kids, just like my Wonder Woman Lulu. Go Team Lulu!
